Much of July, 2017 is spent house, cat and dog sitting in the timber on an estuary in Connecticut. It is a relaxed atmosphere "away from my desk" and away from The City, away from people and in the fine company of Abigail the dog and the cat Albert.
Time passes with intermittent strolls and communings with nature, mewling on the stradishitius, reading and lazing, drawing at a table on a screened-in porch, naps and stargazing.
I guess these are "vacation" drawings -but the drawings themselves don't seem much different from what I would probably be doing had I remained home in the divergent ambience of Outer Borough. At any rate, this work remains in the established drift, what I do at this stage in The Process.
